1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rent Go's platform, you agree to these terms. Rent Go acts as a marketplace connecting vehicle owners and renters across Assam.

2. Rental Agreement

Each booking constitutes a rental agreement between the vehicle owner and renter. Rent Go facilitates the connection but is not a party to the rental contract.

3. Payments

Renters may pay via UPI QR code or Cash on Delivery (COD). All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) per day unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 25% fee. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

5. Liability

Vehicle owners are responsible for maintaining roadworthy, insured vehicles. Renters are responsible for safe operation and returning vehicles in the same condition.
